2. Submit Your Car Details Online
After booking, you’ll upload your car information (make, model, year, price, photos, contact details, and key features).
All vehicle details are stored securely in our cloud system.
3. Receive Your Cayman Car Fair QR Code
We print and provide a QR Code sign for your car on event day.
Buyers can scan the QR code to view:

photos
contact information

highlights & notes
4. Buyers Can Submit Offers Instantly
Interested buyers can submit a bid directly through the QR listing.
Offers are sent directly to you first, so you stay in control of the sale.
5. Show Up & Display Your Car
On event day, simply arrive, park in your reserved spot, display your QR code sign, and let the fair do the work.

We provide the venue experience, listing services, QR codes, and promotional tools — however:
We are not involved in the vehicle sale, do not handle payments, and do not take any commission.
All negotiations, agreements, and transactions are strictly between buyer and seller.
