Cayman Car Fair is a monthly vehicle marketplace hosted at Camana Bay where private sellers can showcase their cars and connect with serious buyers in a safe and organized environment.

Where is the event held?

The fair takes place at Camana Bay, in front of Foster’s Supermarket, Grand Cayman.

When is Cayman Car Fair?

We host the event every last Sunday of the month, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

How do I list my car as a seller?

Simply choose a package on our website, complete the booking form, and upload your vehicle details and photos. Once confirmed, we will prepare your listing and QR code for event day.

Can buyers submit offers through the website?

Yes. Buyers can submit offers through the vehicle listing. Offers are sent directly to the seller first.

What happens after I book a package?

After booking, you’ll receive instructions to upload your vehicle details and photos. We then create your listing, prepare your QR code, and confirm your reserved spot for event day.

What is included in the seller packages?

All packages include a reserved display spot at Camana Bay. Depending on the package, sellers may also receive a website listing, social media promotion, premium placement, and additional marketing support.

Is Cayman Car Fair involved in the sale or transaction?

No. Cayman Car Fair is an event and marketing service provider only. We do not negotiate, handle payments, or take commission. All sales and agreements are strictly between buyer and seller.

Can dealerships participate?

Yes. Dealerships or businesses interested in multiple vehicle placements can contact us directly for custom packages.

Do you provide QR codes for the cars?

Yes. Every listed vehicle receives a QR code sign that buyers can scan to view the full vehicle listing, photos, details, and seller contact information.

Can I attend the event even if I’m not selling?

Yes! Buyers and visitors are welcome to attend, browse vehicles, and meet sellers. Entry is free unless otherwise stated.

What should sellers bring on the day?

Sellers should arrive early with their vehicle, keys, and any documents they wish to share with buyers. We will provide your QR code sign for display.
